Where Your Story Meets Our Passion

about rhonda

I’m Rhonda Favor, a photographer based in Troy, Missouri, working with couples and families all over the St. Louis area.
I’ve been doing this since 2006, and at this point, I’ve seen it all. Big weddings, backyard weddings, nervous grooms, moms trying not to cry, seniors who swear they hate photos five minutes before they end up loving them. This isn’t new to me, and that’s exactly why my clients always feel taken care of.

My style is bold, dramatic, and cinematic. I love strong light, real emotion, and images that feel like they belong in a frame, not just on a phone.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, a mom of three, a volleyball coach, and yeah… I bartend too. I like people. I like energy. I like a good time. But when it’s time to work, I mean business. Your wedding day, your family, your moments… they matter, and I treat them that way.

My husband Brad is with me through all of it. He’s my right hand on wedding days and behind the scenes, making sure everything runs the way it should. Between the two of us, you’re not just getting someone who shows up with a camera. You’re getting a team that knows how to keep things moving, keep things calm, and still make it fun.

Most of my clients come in saying the same thing… “we’re awkward” or “we don’t know what to do.” Good. That’s my job. I’ll guide you the whole way so you feel comfortable and actually enjoy the process. Nothing forced, nothing weird.

I’m also the producer of The One Wedding Show, which keeps me deeply connected in the wedding world and gives my couples an extra edge when it comes to planning.

At the end of the day, I’m here to make sure you have photos you’re proud to hang in your home… not just files that sit on a hard drive in your junk drawer.

Our Story

Back in the 90s, I had a Polaroid camera and a habit of taking photos of everything. Back then, photos didn’t live on a screen. They lived in your hands, in albums, on your walls. You saw them every day.

What started as a love for taking photos turned into a business in 2006, but the purpose behind it came later. After seeing a client keep years of photos tucked away on a flash drive, I realized how easy it is for these moments to disappear.

Life moves fast. You think you’ll get around to printing them. Most people don’t. Now, everything I do is built around creating images that don’t just live on a screen. They live in your home.

Over the years, that belief has only gotten stronger. Especially after my youngest was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. It puts things in perspective real fast. Time matters. The little moments matter even more. That’s why I care so much about what I do.

Brad and I have built this business together, and the people we work with don’t feel like transactions. They feel like relationships. A lot of our clients come back again and again, and that means everything to us.

Between weddings, families, and seniors, I’ve built a reputation for keeping things organized, keeping things moving, and making sure nothing important gets missed. I’ll help with timelines, keep your day on track, and still make sure you can actually enjoy it.

This isn’t just about photos for me. It’s about making sure the moments you care about don’t get lost.

At the heart of it all is one simple belief:

You don’t know when a moment will become a memory you wish you could relive.
That’s why this work matters.
That’s why it’s personal.
And that’s why I don’t take what I do lightly.
